Prima servicebeurt voor onze elektrische fietsen (in Coronatijd) bij het Stella e-bike testcentre in Rijswijk. Na de beurt fietsten onze 'bikes' nóg beter!

We went to Rijswijk on December 28, late afternoon a service. of 2 bicycles. This was agreed. Unfortunately we could only drop off the bikes and had to go out again in the cold due to the corona measures and had nowhere to go as everything was closed. So we were not allowed to wait inside, it would take about an hour. We thought this was poor service. It would have been very nice if we had been informed about this in advance, because then we would not have gone to the test center for the service. We did notice that maintenance was done on the bikes, so a plus for that. This is the only positive thing for us.

you are just kept on the line exact delivery is just guessing and nothing is true, an invoice that has not come through and then I have been waiting for 7 to 8 weeks, then suddenly the delivery time is 10 weeks later, Apologies cannot be dismissed, happy with my electrice batavus bike from bike total in wateringen, who have super good service and know what they are doing.
