Searched the internet for a while for parts for a crank pump. Then I ran into Haagen Draaijer. I made a phone call and received advice in a very pleasant and very expert manner. Later I needed some advice / help and I got that immediately on my questions that I sent by email. End result: a working crank pump. Haagen Draaijer. Absolutely great!

I ordered wrong hand water pump cuffs and could send them back and get the right cuffs in few days at no extra cost, that was good service

Very pleasant company that is very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. They delivered custom Made, within 2 days, leather parts for a hand crank pump which Probably from the early 1900s. Nice to work with people who are passionate about their work show understanding.
