Always friendly people there

Neat pharmacy but not the service that you can expect in 2020. + Conveniently located if you live in Roomburg or Burgemeesterswijk. + Neat case recently modernized. - The pharmacy is located in a care home, which means that many elderly people visit the store. Apparently they have all the time, because people are very slow. - Opening times (closed during lunch ??) are no longer of this time. - Poor supply. I have experienced several times that a prescription that was sent via a doctor was also not available the next day because an ingredient had to be ordered. - Old-fashioned operating concept. No supporting website or processes that can make it easier for the customer. Conclusion: a case that has remained stuck in a business model from the 70s and does not yet realize that the customer now expects differently.
