Beautiful gate for entering in old Town area of Leiden. It was built in 1669 on the East side of Leiden.
Nice building, dangerous corners.
One of the old city gates crossing over the singel, a waterway going around the city center. With a parking place just across the road and good restaurants and bars nearby and walking distance from the city center a good spot to start a visit to Leiden.
Very attractive place with unbelievable bridge and canal...so beautiful ships and boats you can see here...
Scenic place. Good for photo op with either the canal, the molen de put (windmill) or the gates or combinations of these.
