Nice and polite staff. There is a small parking lot in front of the enterprise to wait for unloading. I unloaded barrels of pine tar here. Unloading from both sides. The forklift worker is waiting patiently for you to open everything; when unloading, you must be in the cab. For unloading, you must have: safety boots, a reflective vest, hard hat, goggles and earplugs (if not, they represent). The unloading took about 1.5 - 2 hours.
