Super service
Brought my bike to get a damage report, told multiple times that the bike didn't need to be repaired, just needed a damage report. Then if it takes me too long and want to take my bike with me to have it arranged elsewhere, it is suddenly arranged. Bicycle was repaired while he knew this beet wanted to be repaired. Claims to have called me when hin did not. Very bad service and very strange behavior. I will never come back here

My bicycle continues to pedal during changeover. I called on Saturday. The workshop is then actually closed. I was able to stop by and within 5 minutes I was outside again with a (free) made bicycle. Amazing, right. I immediately enjoyed a long bike ride. I also once brought my road bike there for maintenance. Also top.
Unfortunately no good experiences. Brakes were not working properly, the mechanic clearly indicated what needed to be repaired. Then also left for repair. Unfortunately, some time after repair, undesired result, returned with me and sent away by an arrogant mechanic, could be myself. Some time later visited again but again arrogant attitude by another mechanic. Unfortunately still no properly working brakes but unfortunately no more confidence in BikeStore to go back again.
