Often long waiting times. Even at the time of your turn, it can sometimes take a long time. Because they are 'just' retrieving the recipe. Some employees are friendly, others sometimes talk about unnecessary things. For example, whether you want to take a plastic bag with you (while always giving the recipe in a paper bag). A while ago I had a note with a repeat prescription in the van. A few days later I came to pick up the recipe. (They need 2 working days to have a recipe in. That's okay.) Well, I thought, the recipe is now definitely inside ... Not at all. Turns out that the repeat recipe that I put in the van was lost. So gone there and waited for nothing. I had to come back later. Pros: You get what you request via repeat prescription. And sometimes you are kindly assisted by an employee. Downsides: long waiting times, sometimes unfriendly employees, often too formal an atmosphere (compared to another pharmacy I know, where everything is more relaxed and more relaxed).

Nowadays you can easily get your medication through a medication cabinet in the hall.

Incredibly long waiting times, time and day no longer matter. Endless discussion about a changed address while there are still 5 waiting.

Very customer-friendly, extremely knowledgeable. Too few seats, especially for the elderly, in crowds.
