Monique thinks in possibilities instead of impossibilities in this corona time. Professional, warm and personal. Also very good at dementia-friendly funeral care.

Monique has been a great support to us just before and after Gerard's death. She offered a listening ear and tuned in well to our wishes and ideas. Monique thought along and was flexible. She also came up with initiatives that were really helpful. Where possible, she took the practicalities off our hands, exactly what was needed. As if we had known each other for some time and were familiar with each other, a true consolation, that's how Monique felt for us. Very nice. We are still grateful to her.

During great grief, Monique was our lifesaver even in the middle of the night. Thanks to her input, we came together to create a beautiful funeral card and a beautiful funeral. She has assisted and supported us throughout the proses and taken care of everything. She also took into account the feelings of the grandchildren by involving them in the funeral at their own level. Monique Houtzager of In Memoriam Uitvaarten took a lot of work out of our family's hands after my father passed away. For example, we didn't have to worry about insurance, printing, stamps or the funeral bouquet. Monique took care of all that. She did this quickly, efficiently and for a reasonable price. We greatly appreciated her help during this emotional and chaotic period and we can wholeheartedly recommend her.

Monique gave us great guidance during the farewell to my mother. She took the essentials out of our hands and was always there when we needed her. Monique is warm and interested and knows exactly how to hit the right note. Especially when saying goodbye, it is extremely important that you find someone who is pleasantly present and with feeling that the family is at your side. Monique has done exactly that in every way. We are still very grateful to her.
