Worthless company. My GP has had to send referrals several times and make a lot of phone calls in the hope that they would finally call me to send me materials. Every time she promised to call and did not keep it. After about 2 weeks we finally got in touch. After which the materials could finally be sent. The next day I received a package of material to try out. I would be called back a week and a half later to see if the materials would be good and would be sent automatically from now on ... The materials are now long and wide ... and double in time. Again the necessary phone calls and call requests with no further answer. ... and of course no material. When you are sick, you are not waiting for a lot of misery extra, which this company does give you. This business is to cry

Just ordered an insulin pen. Wasn't helped that much. Little (proactive) information. Because I had also ordered something a few weeks ago, I received a somewhat nasty comment with a request to order in one go. They were also told that they only supply one pen ("we always send one pen"). How should that be done if it breaks down? Then you have nothing for a while and I think that is unacceptable. After contacting the Dutch Diabetes Association I was told that (once every three years) you are entitled to one pen and a spare pen!

very bad service has been waiting for order for a month and if you are on hold during telephone contact (minimum 20 minutes) you are obliged to listen to very annoying music

Pharmacy was very busy had to be outside but 2 inside and 2 in the hall was helped by 2 employees while they used a pick-up machine outside, which I think is 3 stars

No (in) continence pants delivered after 48 hours! Only managed to get in touch by telephone after 2 days! Then it turns out that I am not known in the system! While my doctor placed the order on 12/15/20. What a bad thing !!!!!!!!!
