Very bad pharmacy, gave wrong medication during pregnancy, and several times unfriendly behind the phone. Because of this, I still go to another pharmacy despite my doctor being above it. When someone treats you that very unprofessional and unkind, you don't want to stay!

Never been really satisfied with this pharmacy; they once made a dangerous mixing error in a medicine for my child, then another baby. Fortunately we discovered it on time. Still an ignorant impression and poor service. Now I have had to wait four days (and went 3 times to the pharmacy) for a common medicine that would be there within a day. Then you get a text message that it is not available, you have to call yourself and it appears that the wholesaler did not have it in stock for at least three weeks. They just don't come up with an alternative so you have to call yourself. Then it went wrong again and had to be ordered again. To top it all off, you get it without a leaflet and advice. I give up and don't come here anymore.

Medicines out of stock, you have to go to another branch regularly to pick up your medicines. Will not deliver in the agreed time window Repeat recipe is often different packaging / suppliers.

Have been waiting for my message that medication is ready for a week. Really need it very quickly. Yes there is corona, but this is very long. Will call again myself. O wait between 12 and 14 close so not accessible.

How can his bad pharmacy still be open. Medication out of stock for days, appointment to deliver medication and they just forget about you. Recipes that do not come through, Medication that you have received is no longer in the system a week after. And then it is said you have not had from us. Ridiculous that this is possible in the Netherlands. We are away from this pharmacy !!
