It's cheap. Personally I prefer picnic but it's good when that's not possible. Prices are cheap. But a business model centered around impulse buys keep it from being the wisest choice.

Think it is a strange store, products are not always there so you have to go to another store, very tiring! In December there were no AA batteries, then the gravy bags, fish seasoning, oregano, buttermilk and kidney beans. And that for an XXL LIDL is very disappointing! Because when I go to the LIDL at the large Centrum Overvecht store, they do have these products there weird, right ...

A much neater shop than on large WC Overvecht !! I find - almost - all the staff very friendly. It is getting busier and busier and during that busy time it takes quite a long time when an extra cash register opens. Have actually never experienced that all cash registers are open, while the queues are so gone. A pity!

The finest store the most unpleasant staff. In the vegetable department there is a man who demands that you say good morning or good afternoon first. I always ask nicely sir can I ask something but that is not good enough. I came for the offer with the lidlplus card that took effect yesterday. Couldn't find it anywhere. Thought just ask an employee who is replenishing the cooling. He only wants to indicate in which cupboard it is and then in a tone as if I am blind. I really can't find it. So ask it again, he comes very annoyed and points out exactly where it is in one go. So I say sir in that box is something completely different. Oh then it's sold out. Then I see carpaccio somewhere else, but I don't know if it is the right one. Well I had better take it to the till and find out there such an unfriendly look that I dared to ask something.
