Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Was there two times. First time, I had bought a thermometer and the price the woman put on the pin machine was 1 euro more than what was stated on the product itself. Second time, went there for getting some eye drops for a hay fever allergy and i was told they can't give me any eye drops for this without a prescription from a doctor but guess what? eye drops for hay fever can be easily bought from any Albert Heijn so I really don't understand the pharmacist answer and unwillingness to help.

I was there again this week. All employees busy at work and important not to be distracted. I see while waiting n poster: a friendly request, no anger at the counter !! But then I have one more tip for all employees. When customers come in, she greets with a friendly face and a good morning ... afternoon. even though you come in as a customer with good morning ... no one says anything back and it looks unkind. So do something with the tip. For what belongs what⚘👍

say to me on the phone that they are open Thursday evening. They are just close with great communication there

helpful personnel, do not mind explaining something extra if you have a question, waiting times are good, everywhere and quiet atmosphere.
