Beautiful building, but it was impossible to register and become a customer here. My wife was sent away multiple times in a rude manner while trying to pick up a first recipe that was in the end even faxed by the doctor. We gave up and became customers of Benu, which worked flawlessly so far. Really strange how they treat customers here.

they charge extra fees which they post under "given with guidance conversation" and send to insurance. please avoid

A small but well organised pharmacy only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Haarlem. The staff are friendly and have great know-how, and there is even a small play area for kids (small but effective !). One word of warning though, if you visit this place at peak times, such as early morning or late afternoon you can be waiting with ten other people and that can of course take half an hour.

Nice pharmacist but what an unaesthetic manager who put wearing that much too tight package and wearing Anne Frank glasses. The worst part is the 2 long hairs on his chin and clearly mustache Bah glad i don't come there often. You ate and drank those dirty chewed nails right away. I wouldn't even want it behind the scenes. Not in a cage yet. That is a minor flaw.

This is a very attractive pharmacy with a well-maintained interior from a bygone era. Polished wood, wax and stained glass. You will be helped by sweet and knowledgeable pharmacists' assistants who are passionate about the business. The only minus is that they want you to pick up the recipe the next day. That is where the link with the past ends, it does not feel very customer-friendly, but it is because it is almost always busy. Experience shows that they just help you if you come the same day, if you ask nicely 😉 All employees (stars) are nice and friendly, except for the Antillean (not Surinamese!) Employee. He is not only nice and friendly but also really empathizes and has great good advice. Too bad I don't know your name. As far as I'm concerned you are employee of the month, And you earn a bonus
