Product ordered and paid immediately at 8-2. Shipped within 1-3 business days. After 6! work on the alarm. The contact website appears to no longer work. Not available by phone, mail is returned because it is not automatically forwarded, alternatively 7 other mail addresses, telephone number found via google, called, someone who knows nothing, would be called back. Also does not happen and then suddenly an email that products are no longer available and that they would have tried to contact us and now will refund money. Very unprofessional, customer unfriendly. No mail and no phone. Unfortunately
