Not a professional pharmacy as supposed to be specially because part of the hospital. My daughter end up to the emergency word just because they forgot to order the prescription of the medication sent directly by the doctor by mail. This medication is very important and should be taken in case of emergency but for the second time they showed their incompetence!!

Just a shoutout to the lady who helped me last night. She was incredibly helpful when I came to pick up medication for my friend who was suffering from pain. She had her doubts whether what was prescribed would help him sufficiently and indicated that it would not go through the insurance, so that I had to pay a considerable amount for 1 tablet. After contacting the doctor, she made sure that he got something pain-relieving and sleep-inducing, which also goes through insurance. It worked, he slept like a baby and could even laugh a bit again;) Thank you!

Terribly bad pharmacy, without exaggerating out of 10 times something goes wrong 9 times and it is always up to the specialist, GP and so on.

It takes so terribly long before you are helped, average waiting time 25 minutes
