What a great place for a family hike!

my favorite place to go for my photography hobby. The people who work there are also so nice for information about something that grows in their garden

Unfortunately still closed on Sunday in February, but it still had a great walk!

Always fun. I am curious how the drifting sand project develops.

Ended up here by accident, was an item on TV Noord-Holland. It is a real oasis of tranquility run by volunteers, In the autumn you will be alerted with name plates to the growing mushrooms that can be seen there. In the accompanying building you get to see even more. This is the oldest botanical garden in the Netherlands, co-founded by Jaq P Thijsse, who was one of the first nature conservationists in the Netherlands. Highly recommended, many stinsen plants can be seen here in the spring.
