Wait times up to 2 hours or more for passports on some days - could use public wifi. Plenty of seating areas, free coffee/tea/water. So quite accomodating compared to some other city halls i've seen.

I am a hospitality entrepreneur who unfortunately has bad luck due to this period. The cabinet has indicated that it offers support in livelihoods, but unfortunately I fall under the municipality of Haarlemmermeer, which indicates that I am not entitled to the TOZO because my partner earns € 1400 per month. Our fixed costs have to be paid from this amount, which of course is not enough in this period. I have tried to contact you about this several times, both in writing, digitally and by telephone, but all to no avail. The councilor never appears to be present. This way of dealing and dealing with the citizens of the municipality is incredibly rude. I never write reviews, but I am completely done with this situation.
