Extremely impersonal treatment. This can also be done 100% better in times of corona. A funeral director should unburden, support and relieve you. We arranged everything ourselves and had to call everywhere at the back, horribly. We didn't even know where our mom was the first few days. I don't want to know what this man earns for these services, I think it makes me even sadder. And perhaps it also makes sense to find out why you started doing this work, because you are dealing with real people, real emotions and the last honor that can be paid to a loved one for the next of kin. Perhaps IT is a better sector, although there is also a lot of communication involved .. yuck.

Good guidance, well thought out, many options offered. The funeral director was always there for us. We had no insurance and received a clear cost statement in advance, in the end the bill was also lower.

Despite the limitations surrounding Corona, the funeral service was provided by Myosotis in a dignified and respectful manner. Nice reception in the funeral home, we were allowed to come daily. Everything went smoothly on the day of the funeral. Despite our grief, we feel very supported.
