👎👎👎 Terrible attitude and tone with which an employee spoke to me. I called to take out an insurance policy where he told me that several insurance options are possible. To which I responded with the words "That's fine." Then he immediately threw the horn on it. Why? I have no idea. But if this is the tone with which a potential customer must work, I can safely say that it is unacceptable. Imagine how they treat you after they have your money! 🤔
