Too bad I can't give 0 stars. Worst experience ever. I am paying full coverage insurance for my T-mobile phone. I broke it 2 months ago and it was picked up for repair. I called after a month and a half to check what was happening only to discover they didn't have the parts and can't estimate when it will be fixed. After a few calls to Chubb and their affiliate Dyna (logic and fix) they offer to give me a new phone. Had to call three times just to make sure that the new phone is actually ordered, after that had to call three times to re-check. Finally (2 months and 2 days after I gave my phone in) they come to deliver my new phone. The delivery guy asks for my broken phone (which is in repair in the same company!!!) in exchange. When I said it's in their company he asks for the new phone back and tells me to CALL THEM AGAIN! I feel like they should be paying me to stay with them and not the other way around. Complete failure!!! Worst insurance company ever! If you can, don't have anything to do with them.

Scammed me out of a lot of money after insuring my phone for a year and only taking it for repair once ive had to pay almost 200 euros on top for the repair!? Horrible service

The worst insurance provider. Their customer service was terrible, and I have had to pay huge amounts of money while trying to cancel my insurance. Also, when I had a valid claim on my insurance they would not pay out. Absolutely do not recommend.

Be aware that even if you cancel during the trial period, they will still charge you. This company is basically a fraud. Do not take out insurance with them.

Terrible service, I cancelled my insurance and was still charged 3 months until they actually cancelled it. They will not refund me the money, I would strongly suggest to not insure you're phone with this company.
