It was no longer possible to order a part from Van Mossel Heemstede. The receptionist tried to speak to me correctly, but the gentleman who interfered sideways made the conversation boring. I will therefore no longer come there for a part or a car. Called PSA retail and the gentleman told me that Van Mossel should have helped me, because I am a private person. He has given me an address where they will want to order the part for me and where they will hopefully be more friendly.
