My husband and I went for our first owner-occupied home, unfortunately we were poorly advised elsewhere. This caused some stress and we decided to contact HIP. What a relief, very knowledgeable and clear. Despite the fact that I have only had my own business for 1 year, they received the mortgage within a week, really fast! If we want to buy again we will definitely go back. Recommended!
