Getting charged an extra EUR 30 in the evening... because they are only working with 2 people.

Customer service on the phone and at the desk is often mediocre. Not person-oriented. Do not think solution-oriented, but only negative. Occasionally I am also helped well and then there is certainly a person who wants to help well and looks for solutions. Unfortunately I am forced to go to this pharmacy because my medicine is no longer available at my local pharmacy.

Watch out for your money, they are crooks. Without announcement, they charge the nightly rate at 6:15 PM while they make a mistake about the recipe. They then give you 2 pills, which looks like service, but then charge the night rate for those two pills. They don't just give back money or respond to a complaint
