Not so client orientated. The service is slow and they forget medicines. The line is huge and the prices are very expensive as well. It's good for picking up medicines but not to buy anything else in my opinion. What they do have is a automated vending machine where you can get your medication. So that means que jumping !

My experience there during 10 minutes was totally surrealistic: first I come in with my couple to buy something very simple, after one minute we notice that one guy takes a cream and escapes running. After that we had to wait like ten more minutes to advance three waiting list numbers ( there were three or more employees) then we realized we could buy the same product at the Kruidvat with 0 seconds of waiting so we just left that place without buying anything.

The service is really really slow! As if they don't know how everything is working, you should wait for a long time
