If I could give negative stars I would. I've been waiting for medication for almost a month. I call them, they will put it in the machine, 60 of 540 tablets ... call again ... the rest is not in stock ... in two weeks ... then I will not have enough ... can you do it then at least bring them along? Yes that is good. I am still waiting .... there is nothing in the machine, nothing is being delivered, I have already called them a few times. Really outrageous this! I am going to call again, immediately order some blood pressure reducers, maybe ... but yes, I will have to wait a few weeks for that

There is always something that is not right. Lost recipe. Do I have to apply again. Longer lead time than promised and then still not have everything etc. etc. and all that little friendly.

What a horrible pharmacy, BAH! Call us to ask a simple question, your story will be interrupted and people will say "we are too busy, we don't have time for you now, just email us your question" and before you know it, the contact will be broken. Emailed my question on April 20, no answer. On April 23 sent a reminder, on April 29 (9 days later) I receive a pretty pedantic and antisocial email from the owner Mustafa Yucesan, which I absolutely do not like! I have only received an answer to the mail of April 15 today (April 30). I always had something to complain about this pharmacy but didn't take it too seriously. For example, there was a repeat prescription with them on April 13, on April 15 I was there to pick up my medicines, they had not yet prepared it, so I had to wait more than half an hour. But I was used to that, each time I had to wait at least fifteen minutes for my medication. Well man Mustafa Y, I'm done with you and your pharmacy, I just registered at another pharmacy. You only have 1, I have 100! I wish the customers of this pharmacy a lot of strength, but I am gone. Goodbye Moes.

Bad pharmacy. You are interrupted. Patient is not central. A medication on medical necessity written by the general practitioner and which, according to the insurer, is normally reimbursed, the pharmacist found that the general practitioner did not know and the insurance policies were simply lying. "I am not from yesterday". He said. Drawing quick conclusions and if it gets too complicated, they will no longer find it interesting. They will never bother to find out if the story is correct. If they have an idea in advance that the insurance might be difficult for the payment, even if it is not, you as a patient can go to the pot. If you can handle this, feel free to go ahead and register;)
