Waiting time was acceptable when we were there on a Monday around two o'clock. However there was some confusion with with the location of the medication that we needed. According to their records they should have enough in stock but they were not able to find it. Finally after about 15 minutes it was located and we received the amount we were subscribed by the doctor. Although it all took some time the staff was friendly and helpful.

cocky and very uninformative staff. First foul point was that the lady had already taken my prescription and executed it, packed all the medication and gave it to me, without even telling me they dont have my medication, but something similar. So when i looked at the pills and saw they were not the ones I usually have, I told her i will not take what she gives me she said that "is more or less the same as your prescription" and when i told them that my GP said i should only have the one he prescribed I got an eyeroll from the employee and a "well we dont bring that one anymore". So I asked for my prescription back, but she seemed annoyed by it. Do not go if you need very specific medication. It feels like they just try to push whatever cheap stock they have leftover in their shelves.

Waited for 1h to be told that they don't have my nicotine patches, but can get them in a week.
