For a long time "my pharmacy". Seen many improvements over the years. When something unexpectedly goes wrong, a good solution is immediately sought. Employees really think along and do their best to make it as easy as possible for you. I definitely don't feel like a 'number' there. The repeat service is fantastic as well as the fact that the medicines are delivered when you are unable to leave the house. Certainly the best pharmacy in Haarlem.

The pharmacy is very spacious (2 entrances) and well equipped. You can wait while sitting. There is plenty of staff available. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The counter is built round and 4 customers can be served at the same time, but privacy is not compromised. If desired, you can ask to be spoken to in a separate room. Sequence numbers, repeat service and repeat code entry are used to avoid having to wait .. Highly recommended!
