By necessity ended up at this apotheek and am happy I will be moving away from this area so I can get away from this place. Absolutely lousy and rude service EVERY time I have been here. Not one staff member seems to care about the patients/customers. Take a number, sit in a chair with five other people and hope that you will be out within an hour. Horrible experience.

It’s not the first or the second or the third time, more!, that the prescription sent by the General Practitioner office is “not received” - as said by the personnel of the pharmacy - at this establishment. And to complete the frustration felt after the prescription is not found, the disrespect and lack of empathy shown by the (male) employee at the reception, is unacceptable. As if this was not sufficient for driving one mad, when the prescription is re-sent by the GP’s office, the medicine is not available at the Pharmacy! Luckily there is a senior (female) employee at the establishment whose understanding of the situation and proactiveness , saves the reputation of this Pharmacy. If you accept a couple of suggestions, please select capable, kind personnel and train them well; and review the timing (slowness is the rule there) and quality of the service!

Always long queues and waiting times. Very often basic medicines are not in stock. Staff is not service oriented.

Probably the worst pharmacy. Most inefficient, give incorrect information about availability when you call, are quite rude too.
