One of my worst experience in my whole life, please read this review before you take this insurance. A very bad customer service very rude employee, didn't help or explain anything. And ended up in terminating my contract without a valid reason. I'm happy to leave this company, I will never pay this employee salary by any mean!! You don't deserve to be a customer service, if you don't know what a customer means, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty. Then apparently you're doing the wrong job.

what a DRAMATIC insurer. They claim that client experience is one of their USPs but really i have never experienced such bad service in processing a claim- unbelievable. They are very rude and dont listen one second to what we have to say. NEVER buy your insurance at verzekeruzelf.nl

Never again! Definitely my worst experience ever! I found a cheap home insurance package through Consumentenbond. At the time of purchase, she did not explicitly state that with each monthly charge one has to pay 1.25 euro transaction costs. I wanted to stop my insurance right away but emails were answered in 10 days ... Answers are short and unprofessional. Okay, wanted to sign up for a new home insurance via Vereniging Eigen Huis. To my surprise, an affiliate at Eigen Huis is ... insurance yourself! That was not mentioned either, so I was double insured. After several emails and weeks of waiting, they reported that both insurance policies have ended and yet they send their automatic debits! Again and again and again ... What is remarkable is that insurance policies are not fully canceled within 14 days of reflection, but in such a way that you always "use" 1 day of insurance. And so you have to pay 0.17 euros plus 1.25 euros transaction costs for that day. In short, not recommended!

Wow, if only we had looked this up earlier. All reviews are true. Wait 2 weeks for an email back. And then during the first months always receive a standard e-mail with standard answers. In case of a claim, you are simply a year further until you receive money. And what do you get? Half minus € 500 euros. Choose a larger party, pay a little more because this is such a company that operates on the border and crosses it when necessary.
