I called Chubb and they tell you that you take insurance on your phone for 5 years, while if you take a subscription with your provider that always lasts 1 or 2 years and not 5 years. I drove again to the store in Breda to find out how or what and they thought it was a very strange story. There they stopped everything except my current insurance, which I was happy with. a few months pass and I still have insurance. then i drop my laptop on my new phone iphone 11 max pro. I wanted to file a claim and to my surprise I was unsuccessful because my imei number is incorrect? I then went to call and then I am told that this phone was not insured which I find very strange because on the phone she told me that something was going on. they insured my old phone that I have not used for a year now I have to have my screen made and that costs me 360 ​​euros on top of that I still have about 600 euros credit that I paid too much and do not get back .
