Am extremely pleased with the two bikes that we bought 3 years ago. My wife has already driven 15,000 km with her bike. I myself have 9000 km on it. And I think that's fine considering my weight. I had to put a new one behind the wheel but that was my own fault. But it was made right.

Staff not friendly. Because I had an e-bike that I did not buy with them I was not (well) helped. Got the feeling as if she wanted to get me away as soon as possible. All answers were: "that is possible, yes". I can not do for an E-Bike store / specialist. I am glad that I did not buy a bicycle with you, I do not recommend you either!

Bad service. Bicycle brought away for repair. Still not made after 1 week. No parts. I picked up the bike again without repair. No friendly staff.
