Your maintenance is just horrible... come do the check up for your constantly breaking down bikes for at least once a month. Having to fill all the forms on the website and uncountable numbers of phone calling...

Worst phone service ever. They lied so many times about when the stuff will come, keeping me at home waiting for a week, everyday telling me "today it will come". Bought bicycle with 3 batteries, one of the chargers doesn't charge at all, batteries work as if they were 2nd hand, without power at all. They get out of charge faster and faster day by day. Don't recommend this place at all. There are better shops to buy your bicycle from. Save your money and get it from somewhere else.

No maintenance at all. We need to make an appointment every time trought the web site and when their guys come, they dont have all pieces for replacement. They say that they will come back and we dont have news anymore. They would that we pay a monthy fee for Leasing/maintenance but they dont respect the contrat and no maintenance is done. The bikes are of poor quality and they blame us that we dont know how to use it.

Beware of this company. Bad in all respects. Since the start of the delivery I have leased a bicycle from them. Everything wrong with that bike, they come to repair but often pay the invoice themselves in addition to my lease subscription. If you fill in the service form, nothing will be taken seriously. I've been waiting 3 weeks for my battery charger because it was broken. By phone they promise the Monday after the weekend .... nothing call hey they say they have to come elsewhere. Promise she will come tomorrow ... again nothing ... if you call them by no means WhatsApp they no longer respond. Are you about to explode ..... but it won't help you because they just won't help you because they already have your money and you signed that subscription yourself .... your own fault, bad luck. so i switched to deliverfiets.nl those people are very friendly solid bike good service and they are there almost every day in Tilburg. Much better service. And with that charger I can also charge this bike, I can still sit out the rest of my lease contract. I really can't believe how you fool people.
