Schrijen, afscheid en herinnering

Unfortunately a very bad experience. Commercial organization, they know what to do and have everything in-house, but do not know how to deal with critical next of kin. They have disappointed us in communication, thinking along and insight / openness in pricing. The worst? When, after repeatedly asking for clarification, we were unable to reach a mutual agreement, the ashes were used as a means of pressure to make us pay. You should expect a funeral home to unburden you, unfortunately that is not our story ...

Very satisfied, people who think along and take care of things. Especially the problems in this time of Corona were dealt with very carefully, because of extra opportunities to say goodbye in small groups, this was also possible for the more vulnerable relatives to do with peace of mind. Thanks !
