Sidone took great care of my father's funeral. She is very accurate, professional yet personal, a clever combination. She tells what she is going to do, why she is doing it and asks if we agree, very nice. What I found amazing was that she knew all the names of our large family by heart in no time. She takes personal wishes into account and is open to suggestions. What I also appreciated is, for example, that she did not give my mother too much choice in some things, such as choosing a coffin, and that the book with the aforementioned had already thinned out a little. That is exactly what my mother needed at the time and is therefore a good example of her empathy. Now that everything is over, I look back very gratefully on this period and I now realize how valuable that is.

Personal, warm, careful. Limes provided excellent guidance for my father's funeral. Limes listens very carefully to the wishes and responds to them. Really great.
