My 88-year-old mother was now admitted to a nursing home 4 months ago and in April 2020 she voluntarily renounced her driving license. Previously contacted Unive, where only an authorization form could be used to stop the insurance. Unfortunately, she is no longer able to sign on an authorization form. An application for administration is currently pending, but it can take several months. Unfortunately .... procedures. Univé has unfortunately not been involved yet. Isn't the insurer also there for their customer?

Legal expenses insurance is not recommended. Bad advice and incompetent employees. Very passive and aggressive attitude! It sounded so promising in the sales pitch, but I came home from a rude awakening. Switched immediately!

Nice staff who have given me good and honest advice. Perhaps you are a few euros cheaper elsewhere, but you rarely find this kind of excellent service! I also had to use my insurance and I was helped with that and had a quick settlement of the expenses.
