I think the problem is the management because there are enough people around. Nevertheless, people have to wait a long time while five employees are standing in the background. Repeat medication often does not work and follow-up calls are necessary. I have also given Akkord to always place the medication in the servilocker, but this does not always work, so I have to send an email with the request to place the medication in the locker. Sadly bad pharmacy, no service, absolute chaos. Let me describe my experiences with this company: Getting recipes takes a long time. Recipes and invoices are incorrect. Direct debit does not take place on the indicated days. Would happen around the 25th, today is the 6th, still not written off. For the umpteenth time. In short, the easiest tasks do not work here.

Due to finding a more accurate malaria prophylaxis for my daughter, mr. Custers thought along very well and consulted with Ease travel clinic. Advice from Ease travel clinic was very pricey. Mr Custers came up with a cheaper and simpler solution. This pharmacy is not a box shovel and thinks along.

A very unhelpful lumpy hunk because they themselves are difficult to get medication and that is too difficult as a patient they do everything so you do not leave on time to make it as difficult as possible and come up with excuses not to have to deliver at home and just forsaking whether medice is necessary or not he says that you do not get anything anymore or that you just have to look at how you get it and pushes his things through your throat and when you say that if you neglect them you threaten them all his customers really have to think about whether they stay there and that new people only think 8x before you are in the same boat because they can not communicate and deliver normally then you do not have to start their pharmacy. with wrong medicines and you get them charged to the insurer and so you also go on my sister problems with my mother's medication with me but with them the fault is not and there is no normal conversation possible or he is 1a2x nice for but then the allende begins

Bad pharmacy. I have had medical necessity put on my prescriptions for years because I can not tolerate the alternatives or because they work less well. That went well for a long time but since a while they try EVERY repeat recipe to give me another medication. Even after contact with the health insurance, research at the GP with permanent confirmation that I need specific medication and dosage, this pharmacy just does not cooperate.
