When you enter the limbrichterveld pharmacy, they look at you, they don't say hello and moment. In short, wait a long time while you see 3 to 4 people walking who also see you. They also determine whether you receive the number of medications at once that the doctor prescribes. They give it in 3 installments so that you also have to pay extra 3 times while other pharmacists do and the CZ doesn't care how it is done. I think this is a SCAM.

Pharmacy employees work at the pace of a turtle. They see that there are at least 7 people waiting in the waiting area. Instead of helping all the clients first, they only have 1 person behind the till (meanwhile they have a coffee / gossip hour behind the scenes. I've heard them snub customers and gossip several times for everyone to hear). They do not take into account that chronically ill people are waiting (with mobility problems, a lot of pain, you name it). I have been spoken to very rudely by the staff several times and when I put the truth under their noses they became even more annoying! The staff even dared to ask me why I needed such a heavy medication and did not want to give me more than 7 days of it, as if I were some junkie (while my doctor's prescription says for a month always I don't am mobile and have no transport). The doctor does not write a prescription for nothing and the pharmacy employees do not have the right to have someone accountable for this! This pharmacy never stocks my required medications which means that I usually spend days WITHOUT, resulting in agonizing pain! This can not be! For example, when they don't have 20mg in stock, they gave me 60mg more than twice (which could result in an overdose!) They told me to cut the (long-release pills) in half. This cannot and is not allowed, given that it is then technically no longer a long-release pill and you can still get the full dose in 1 go. All in all, a VERY BAD pharmacy that absolutely does not know how to work strategically. When you leave your prescription with the doctor, the rule is that you can pick it up the next working day AFTER 3:00 PM. Then you would think that your recipe is already READY in a bag, but this has NEVER happened to me in 6 years. I always had to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes for them to get everything ready for me. So I changed pharmacies with this one! I am not the only one with these complaints, given that I have been coming there for 6 years and often see the same people who all have the same complaints. Do yourself a favor and go to another pharmacy (when you have the opportunity to do so due to mobility / transport etc). Pharmacies can also deliver it to your home. Stayed on the line for 15 minutes. no response. My wife (76) was in dire need of sleeping pills. She wouldn't close an eye without those tablets. So she walked to the pharmacy despite our self-imposed quarantine. Turns out it's just closed. This could not be deduced from the telephone contact, nor from the opening hours stated on the website .. We were not happy with this ....
