No service at all. I was out cycling in the scenic area and punctured my tire. They refused to help even though it would have been a 10 minute job. I even said they could just replace the whole tire to make it easier and quicker. But just said no. What kind of service is that? NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!

At this bike shop I had a major turn on my relatively old bicycle. There was expert advice about what should and should not be replaced with a very decent price. I was very satisfied with that!
A month later, I was hit by a car when I was on this bike and went to this bike repair shop for a damage estimate; it was made the same day and was great! Then have the bike made here for a good price, and this was done perfectly and quickly.
This bicycle repairer is not out to make as much money as possible per customer, but to provide the best possible service to retain as many customers as possible. I think this strategy works perfectly for them, but certainly also for the customers! There is a bicycle repair shop just around the corner, but I would like to continue 6 km to go to this one in Eijsden!
Conclusion: this bicycle repair shop is definitely recommended!
