Positive overall experience and very satisfied with my new Victoria 9.8 men’s ebike. Competitive price on the bike and accessories. The De Beente team and especially René, provided very knowledgeable and friendly sales service - he was one of the main reasons to buy here other than being my local bike shop. Bike was delivered personally to my house due to the lockdown in a safe and professional way. Thanks.

Plenty of bikes and accessories option. But can be slightly overcharged and longer waiting time for repairs.
