Phone contact last week, asked if they could fix the bedage carrier with 1 screw with a bit of loctide, no problem they said came in next week, cost? ow that I will fix you in a minute. today I arrive, blunt gentleman who immediately says ow but that is a BIG repair, because this that etc. must be disassembled first, I say you know then do me that screw / lock nut, costs 2 euros: P hilarious company! !! STAY AWAY / STAY AWAY.

Today we rented 2 e-bikes at Maastricht central. We are 1.85 tall and we received a bicycle with frame 59 (M). This was so small that I got a lot of pain in my knees. I went to a bicycle rental company in Valkenburg (I usually always rent my ebikes here) and asked them to raise my saddle. They indicated that this was unfortunately not possible because my saddle was already adjusted to the maximum. Furthermore, they indicated that the pin where the saddle was in was not properly adjusted, causing it to move. My girlfriend was also unable to shift gears several times. Coming back after cycling for half a day for 27.50 per bike, I indicated that I had pain in my knees and the other defects. This was received very badly and I was taken anything but serious. Furthermore, they said that they had only bought 1 size bicycle. So I do not recommend renting your bike here if you are taller than 1.80. Ride a little further to Valkenburg, these gentlemen will help you great and give you the right bike.

Had a great explanation and a nice round of cycling to test out. Compliments to the young lady who helped us. Perhaps we can come back in a few months, then there will certainly be much more choice and we can now think of what we really want.
