Very nice staff whose willing to help you with whatever problems you have. As an international university student I really appreciate the fact that they tell me what's normal with a bike and not, the price ranges for certain equipments, and general helpfulness.

Stranded with a flat tire on the way, this bicycle repair shop was the shortest in the area. Repair was no problem but the bike would not be ready until the end of the next day. While I was there early afternoon. There was also no standard loan bicycle available. Picked up the bike the next day and was able to cycle home. When I wanted to use the bike again the next day, the tire was again empty, while they would have fitted a new inner tube. Replacing the tire was also costly in this case. And the result is therefore not good. In the future I will go to another case, because I am not satisfied with this.
