Hi I am Alex. I rarely leave a comment on maps, but this time it was necessary. Had a flat tire (wheel) and i had to pay 20€. Usually to decathlon a new wheel costs 2 €. It is very expensive and the times are very slow. For 18 € labor payment I expect a super fast job. Nevermind. They are the only bike shop in Heerlen so they have a monopoly. Please don't bring your bike there for repair, or you will not eat for the next month.

Not thought that such a small hidden bicycle shop can offer so much service. We had our bikes made to great satisfaction for a reasonable price and as a bonus they were also repaired and delivered to our home ready for use because I had temporary mobility problems. From now on we always bring our bikes there, knowing for sure that they are well made ... Recommended!

Bought bicycle at Carlo in Heerlen. Super service in terms of explanation and time, nix was helped to perfection. Also people are very friendly and helpful.
