I have called Stella several times to inquire about the Stella Morrena MDBD belt drive. You may know, that beautiful orange bicycle with a Bosch mid-engine? Talked to several people at customer service. I was given a friendly word, but I was always told changing stories. After several phone calls I understand that the bike is not available for the time being. A new model 2021 will be released. Due to delivery problems at Shimano, when is unknown. I certainly understand this! I MUST be told nothing about the price. I had to negotiate if the seller came by with the bike to test it. To my surprise, I saw the bicycle in the window of the store in Nuth two weeks ago. I obviously wanted to buy the bike. However, the friendly workshop employee indicated that he was not allowed to sell the bicycle. It would be a demo model that had to remain in the store. Maybe someone wanted to test drive? Then made an attempt at customer service where I was told the same story. Today in Nuth again drove past where the bike had disappeared. According to the workshop employee, he was picked up yesterday with an unknown destination. The employee and the customer service, with whom I called again, did not know where the bike went. They were also unable to answer other questions. Worthless! By the way, the customer service representatives are less friendly than the people in the store! You would expect them to be happy to bring me in as a new customer. Nothing is less true. There was always a lack of service and empathy. There seems to be clear instructions on sales. Other things seem less important. I am done with Stella. As a customer I do not feel that I am taken seriously. I feel like the customer is not important, but rather the number of bikes sold. If people treat me in the same way when something is wrong with the bicycle ...? I am disappointed and done with Stella, I will look for a similar bike at the local bike shop. I may pay a little more, but I know where I stand and get the service that I also find very important.

During the first service of our Stella e-bikes purchased in the spring, we ordered a bicycle pump from Stella at the Nuth location (was not in stock). Service technician would call when pump was inside. In the meantime a month later I called Stella myself. After two calls of almost fifteen minutes, in which it is always said via an answering machine that I will get a Stella specialist on the line anyway, after fifteen minutes it is said that it is so busy that I cannot be answered! In the meantime I have almost already made up the costs of the pump as calling costs! Very bad! I still don't have a pump now, even though I paid for it in advance (technician said it would go a bit faster!).

Recently we bought 2 e-bikes from Hans. Super service! He knows how to deliver it well and there was an immediate click.
