There is a great range of ebikes to choose from and various models you can test by going on their website. The staff are friendly and go the extra mile to ensure you are happy with your purchase. They also offer service and repairs.

Vakmanschap voor een eerlijke prijs ! Ondanks de enorme voorjaarsdrukte nam Tom toch even de tijd voor een spoedreparatie aan mijn racefiets en heeft hij meteen gezorgd voor een optimale afstelling van versnellingen en remmen. Deze mooie zaak met zijn kundige en vriendelijke personeel is een aanrader voor elke fietsliefhebber !

Very nice feeling with the staff. I was assisted with advice and action by the seller Maichel. A bicycle is a bicycle and you can buy it anywhere and order it online. So the sellers and managers make the difference. I visited, emailed and called several places before I found what I was looking for ... advice and the feeling of being a customer. Getting help should a (technical) problem arise with the bicycle. No online shop can compete with that ...

We have had a less positive experience, or at least that is our opinion. Wijnen Site indicates that exchange is possible. However, during a purchase meeting it appears that Wijnen does not trade in E-Bikes itself but engages so-called traders (Buyers). They then make an offer !!. The offer we received was VERY low and it later turned out that we were at another store got a € 1000 better deal with the same trade-in and same purchase. Mail to Wines sent that communication on their site about "Trade-in possible" is a bit misleading and that the way they work new customer a significantly worse deal. No more response !!.

Good service, professional staff and good handling after detecting a production error on my e-bike. Got a new bike. Totally awesome!
