Due to busy work I had not previously had the opportunity to express my appreciation for Hr S, Deenen of Preventass.B.V. Mr. Deenen, contacted me by phone about two claim files. These claim files were later discussed at my home. Mr. Deenen gave a clear explanation regarding the difference between Preventass B.V. and Preventass Intermediair as well as the two claim files. This gave this a completely different picture of the situation at the time. Because of this I believe that Preventass B.V. has professionally handled this matter and resolved and dealt with it satisfactorily.

Update 11/2/2020 Out of dissatisfaction, I had posted a review at preventass regarding the handling of two claim files. Hr Deenen from Preventass contacted me by telephone about this review. Some time later this resulted in a personal and pleasant conversation. This conversation resolved the following satisfactorily. 6-06-2019 Preventass insurance, through this intermediary there are various insurance policies, including car insurance. Normally you expect the intermediary to take action when this should be necessary. Unfortunately, nothing could be further from the truth. On 24-March had to deal with a traffic accident, on 24-03-2019 neatly the insurance (preventass informed) After sending the mail (Damage form) on 25-03-2019, I called a week to see if the mail had arrived. This had arrived and was to be processed. Two weeks later there was another call and e-mail asking if someone else will come and look at the car? After yes, 4 weeks later, we received a message from DAS that legal expenses insurance was being engaged. Here we were finally asked for an expertise (5/14/2019), now after many 5 & 6 we are not even a step further on 6-6-2019 and now the ball is back at Das. in short, it seems there is also a huge backlog at this company that you as a consumer are the victim of. why pay for extra service that is nothing ?? We are now 11 weeks further !!
