Staff is friendly, personable but is overloaded. There is a general car industry 'late adoption to reality' feel, not specific to this place but this is where I went. In summary, it's quite simple and an industry problem: they sell cars like it's 1999. I fill in a private lease calculator on the central Nissan site. Had to provide details, so was pointed here. Had been there before on my own but it bounced with delays and uncertainty on choice. Now I came to sign. Made a test drive after it was postponed. Took the day off, was called 3 hours in advance. 1999 style, inside out view instead of understanding the customer. Calculation on location was 20% over what was emailed. What email? Sent it through, got a new offer, still not in line with online calculator. Apparently every dealer does whatever they feel like. The main Bochane site states to get in touch with management if things go wrong. Did that. Was told I would be contacted soon by local management. Sales person I met later that can't help the understaffing problem recieved that mail and was embarressed while she does her best. Never heard from the manager. Requested to come back with best offer while I request an offer in multiple places as apparently every dealer can do whatever. Never heard back. Emailed director about never hearing back on my first experience. You guessed it: no response. Long long story short, this business lives 20 years in the past and does not at all care about the customer. I'm sure it's a fine place for the day to day dinosaur. Anything else... RUN!!!

Not at all satisfied with the Ede location, a number of things were concealed during the sale. They let us test drive a 900 while we buy a 1000 new. The air conditioning is unusable because you turn it on and the car is bucking all the time. The leak has not yet been resolved at the roof. People a brand new car and it is simply said that you have to increase the defects in the sale. It's not a pack of coffee we bought. Nissan Netherlands does nothing, yes tis only a Nissan Micra N sport. NEVER no more nissan.

Last month I selected my first car together with Rick Geurts. I contacted Rick about 3 months before my car exam to let them know that I was looking for a compact and reliable car. As soon as something new had arrived, he immediately let you know! Finally made a test drive with a Nissan Micra when I got my driver's license :) Finally bought for a very nice price and now a lot of fun! Thank you very much for all your help! Greetings, Myrtle
