When purchasing our new house, turned to Het Groene Huis. We have not regretted this for a moment. Martijn Kuipers has advised us more than well. He thinks along, knows what he is talking about and has advised us on a more than suitable mortgage. Corine de Vries kept us very well informed of the progress and explained everything very clearly to us. Despite the busy times at the mortgage providers, we managed to complete everything before the end of the year. In short, you are looking for a really top team that gives personal advice, look no further and go to Het Groene Huis.

At Het Groene Huis, I received excellent assistance with my mortgage and bridge mortgage. Wouter and Corine are professional, informative and very friendly and patient. Well what do I know about a mortgage? Fortunately, Wouter and Corine are perfectly aware of what is and what is not possible. They have excellent contacts with the banks and have done the best for me. The communication gets an 11 from me on a scale of 1 to 10! I am very satisfied with Het Groene Huis and this also applies again: a company is only as good as the people who work there. They are skilled, dignified and kind there.

Last year we were thinking, moving or renovating? At the time, we put it to Roel and how professional this man is and always thinks along. Whatever we asked, nothing was too much and help was offered at all times. Even when Roel was not there, Corine picked this up skilfully! Ultimately, we opted for a renovation and let Roel and Corine supervise it from start to finish. We have experienced this as very pleasant and will certainly use the services of Het Groene Huis again in the future. Last October, Ariette and her colleagues helped us enormously for the second time with the purchase of a new house and the sale of our old house. Skilled people, super friendly and they think very much with you. Communication went through a lot by e-mail and telephone through corona, but that did not make the contact and the completeness of this any less. We have again opted for the Green House. It was not an easy file, but they continuously kept the pressure on it and kept us well informed. After a few weeks it was completely finished! Thank you Gerrit, Renée and Esther!
