My wife and I used this company to get from Puerto Princesa to El Nido. Below are details of our experience with them. Short story, we used Cherry bus for the return trip, the bus was waaaaaay more comfortable, departed on time and took less that 5 1/2 hrs. The cost for the bus was only 50 pesos more and definitely worth it. We took the bus that leaves El Nito at 9:00 am, it had large comfortable seats with lots of legroom and it even had a CR. I would not use a van company for this trip, the bus is much better. Here is what I experienced with the van trip. There was great communication with the van company when I was confirming the time for pick up etc. We were picked up at 9:30 and then stopped at another hotel, the guests there took at least 20 min to come to the van, not something the drivers can control but obviously put their drivers behind schedule. Next we went to a gas station where we waited for at least another 20 min while I think the drivers filled the van with diesel, then one of the drivers disappeared while we sat there and waited. About 15 min later he came back with food, I assume something for the drivers for later. Stopping for diesel and personal food should be done before picking up guests. This put us even further behind by almost another 30 min. So at this point it’s an hour after we were picked up and we are just leaving Puerto. A long time considering we were second last to be picked up. I assume there is a schedule the drivers must keep so leaving late ends up putting pressure on the guests to do faster CR or food stops. The last CR stop was very rushed and my wife was waiting in a line up for the ladies CR. Needless to say she was very unhappy about being pressured for time when the drivers wasted valuable time at the beginning of the trip. Finally, when we did make a stop, nothing was said by either driver so we had to assume it was a CR stop but had no idea how long we would be stopping for. As a result of our experience, we will not use the van service again, only the bus.

Poor organisation, company is actually recaro although none of this is explained otherwise would have booked elsewhere. Abysmal service we were actually delayed by 3 hours because of these jokers. Do yourself a favor book with someone reputable.

Fee is 500 off the plane. This ace acted like 600 was a good deal. Driver was not there when we landed. Finally arrived and told us 10 minute wait. Over 1.5 hours later we finally left the airport. Only to arrive at some back alley where our van was loaded with cargo. It is now 1030 we still have not begun our journey and we arrived at 0835. I would suggest just buying a shared van off the plane.

Only rating one star as cannot rate zero!! Three hours after our departure time, we left the airport, to be moved on to another bus. Currently heading away from el Nido, and absolutely no communication with drivers other than them demanding our payment. Absolutely disgusting service. We will now miss our check in time and any chance of eating today. Do not use.

Terrible service. 2 hours late so I called to complain...so the agent completely canceled the booking leaving me stranded. He has also said he won't refund me my money. No duty of care for their customers. Feel very upset!
