The transaction was very smooth from the inquiries online with Randy to even adjusting the pick up time on the day. The service was EXCELLENT. We rented a Van with the driver and Sir Sherwin was just great & professional the whole time. The best part is we had an emergency trip the next day so we emailed and as expected we were able to pick up a self drive sedan with no problems AT ALL. We even requested to pick up the car earlier than the agreed schedule time. This is first class service people and it's possible. We'll definitely recommend them . I HONESTLY don't usually do reviews like this BUT this one is an exception. Thanks Coolextreme for the great service.
