Awful service, don’t book! Even though we went to the terminal in El Nido one day before our trip to let them know we have a flight immediately after our van trip to make sure they know and they are on time, we were just waiting and the van never came. There’s no way of contacting. In the end driver of another company reached them and they said they might arrive in 30 minutes (which we didn’t even consider to be a reliable information anymore), at a time it would certainly be impossible to catch the flight. We paid 600/person for nothing since in the end we had to get a van from another company to be able to catch the flight.

Avoid this place. Left 1.5 hours late and kept telling us we were leaving soon. We kept picking people up off the road along the way, it was ridiculous and overcrowed. They were definitely over capacity.

My comments are similar to others! I was told I had a reservation on the shuttle to El Nido and waited almost 2 hours and numerous phone calls from my hotel to be informed that there was "miscommunication' and I had no reservation at all! Terrible to waste tourists time when they are on vacation - leaves a bad impression about travel in Palawan.

Our driver Edwin kept stopping to chat with his friends. He also picked up strangers on the way to make some extra $. The trip could have finished 1hour earlier.

Absolute worst. Don’t book this firm if you don’t want trouble. They are EXTREMELY unreliable. We booked the ticket online and it was scheduled for 7 am. They were supposed to pick us up on the way around 7.15, they agreed to call us beforehand, we waited for them for 40 minutes and they still didn’t show up. Since we had a flight, we had to take another van. They later called us at 10 am!!! 3 hours after the scheduled time we booked! It’s really insane. If you have a flight or something especially, please don’t book. They are cheaters. Read the other reviews.
